Poha /Aval Vadai

Ingredients

Poha/Aval   : 2 cups
Channa dal  : 1/2 cup ( soaked for 1 hour)
Chopped onion : 1/2 cup( optional)
Green chillies     : 3
Grated ginger     : 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves  : 1/4 cup chopped
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

Method

Grind channa dal and green chillies coarsely without adding water.
Wash & soak poha/Aval for just 10 mins.
In bowl,add channa mixture,soaked aval,chopped onion,grated ginger, curry leaves,coriander leaves ,salt and mix everything well.
Heat oil for deep frying..
Make small balls from the batter,flatten them and fry till golden brown.
