Ingredients
Cashewnuts : 1 cup
Gram flour : 1 cup
Rice flour : 3/4 cup
Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
Coriander leaves : 3/4 cup ( chopped)
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Salt
Asafotida
Oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients except oil.
Add little water and mix well .( mix into a stiff dough)
Deep fry these pakodas over the medium heat oil till crisp and golden in colour.
Hmmm.. nice pakoda. i think my hubby is going to love this.
