Onion Pakoda


Ingredients

Onions        - 2
Besan flour  - 1 cup
Rice flour     - 3/4 cup
Corn flour    - 1/4 cup
Chilli powder  - 1 tsp
Ghee              - 2tsp
Salt
Oil

Method

Thinly chop the onions.
Mix all the ingredients except oil.
Sprinkle little water and mix with hands.
Heat oil in kadai, drop the mixture little by little.
When they are golden brown take out from oil.
Serve with hot tea.
