Sending this to Nithu's Best out of Waste
IngredientsMixed vegetables skin : 1 cup ( i used ridge gourd, carrot, potato and cucumber peels)
( here i used orange peels also for a slight sour&bitter taste.)
Besan flour : 1 cup
Rice flour : 1 cup
Maida : 1/4 cup
Red chilly powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Asafotida : a pinch
Salt
Oil
Method
Take a bowl mix all the ingredients ( except oil) with little water .
Make sure the batter should not be too watery.
Keep the batter aside for 5 to 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan ,take some mixture and drop it in oil.
Fry till golden brown.
Garnish with fried curry leaves.
Serve hot with Tea..
