Tomato - Carrot Dosa



Ingredients 

Idly rice   : 1 cup
Tomatoes : 4 

Grated Carrot  : 1/2 cup
Red chillies  : 4
Salt
Oil 



Method 

Soak rice for 3 hours and grind along with chopped tomatoes,Grated Carrot,  red chillies and salt smoothly.
Heat a Tawa, pour a laddle of batter and make like normal dosa,apply oil and cook on medium heat.
When it is cooked turn to the other side and cook until done.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
