Ingredients
Roasted gram flour / Pottukadalai powder : 1 cup
Rice flour : 1/2 cup
Chopped onion : 1/2 cup
Ghee : 2 tsp
Green chilli : 2
Red chilly powder : 3/4 tsp
Grated ginger : a pinch
Curry leaves
Salt
Asafoetida
Oil
Method
Take a wide bowl , add onion,ginger, finely chopped green chilli, ghee, salt and mix well for few minutes.
Add roasted gram flour, rice flour,red chilly powder, asafoetida and mix.
Sprinkle little water and mix.
Make balls and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
