Cabbage Black pepper Rice / Pulao



Ingredients

Cooked rice                  : 2 cups
Shredded cabbage        : 1 cup
Chopped Garlic            : 1 tbsp
Crushed pepper corns  : 1 tsp
Salt
Oil


Method

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan , add chopped garlic and fry.
Add cabbage , salt and mix.
Fry cabbage for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Add cooked rice and toss.
add crushed peppercorns, toss again and cook for few more minutes.
Finally add coriander leaves, mix and remove from flame.
Serve hot.
