Potato ( boiled) : 5
Red chillies : 5
Tomato sauce : 2 tbsps
Coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
Ginger - garlic paste : 1tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Green chilly : 1
Soak red chillies in hot water for half an hour
Heat oil in a pan shallow fry the boiled, chopped potatoes separately .
Grind the soaked red chillies, coriander seeds, ginger-garlic paste and garam masala.
Remove potatoes from pan and keep aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan, add jeera and chopped green chilly.
Then add ground masala and stir well.
Put tomato sauce and salt.
After 5 mins add fried potatoes and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
