Mixed Vegetables & noodles soup
Finely chopped Mixed vegetables : 1 cup( carrot,beans, cabbage, capsicum)
Crushed Noodles : 1/2 cup
Butter : 1 tbsp
Corn flour : 2 tbsps
Milk : 1/2 cup
Pepper : 1 tbsp
Grated cheese : 1 tsp
Heat the butter in a pan and fry corn flour for few minutes.
Slowly add milk and mix continiously.
Add chopped vegetables and crushed noodles and let it cook till it is done.
If necessary add little water.
Put salt and pepper powder and mix well.
Serve it hot topped with grated cheese.
