Plain Parotta : 4
Choped onion : 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato : 1/4 cup
Ginger - Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Green Peas / Chana ( cooked) : 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 3/4 tsp
Green chillies : 2
Cut each parotta into thin pieces and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsps oil in a kadai add chopped onion, chopped green chillies and fry.
Put ginger - garlic paste and stir.
Add chopped tomatoes,cooked channa and mix.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder, salt and mix everything well.
let it cook on low flame for few minutes.
Now add the chopped parotta pieces,mix them all well.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and Serve Hot with any kurma or raita.
