Ingredients
Homemade Instant Kanjeepuram Idli Mix : 1 cup ( Recipe Here )
Curd : 1 cup
Water : 1/4 cup
Method
Mix Kanjeepuram idli mix,curd and water without any lumps.
Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Grease a Tumbler with oil, pour a ladle of batter in the greased tumbler.
Steam cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once done,turn the tumbler upside down to remove the idlis.
Enjoy with Coconut Chutney & Tiffin Sambar Without Coconut ,Tomato Onion Kothsu ,Sambar Without Dal
